Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Shipping times
Our shipping times may vary due to the services that are used, we aim for our customers to receive their products within 1-3 days of dispatching (this includes working days only), but may take up to 14 days if the third-party are experiencing any internal distruptions.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only, if there are big delays within the Royal Mail/Evri service we will add this to our homepage to make sure that buyers are fully aware that there may be a delay with packages to ensure customers aren’t left waiting or unhappy.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Orders exceeding £50 will be eligible for free shipping.

Accidental orders
If a product was unintentionally purchased and needs to be returned, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund. If the order has not yet been shipped we will provide a full refund to the value of the item you are returning under the circumstances:
The same condition that you received it.
No damage or stains on the products.
Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Can I change my delivery address once paid?
Once you have placed an order placed with us, you will need to contact us directly after purchasing the product. We will then refund you and you can place your purchase again.
Please be aware that if you don’t contact us fast enough and your product gets sent out, you will be reliable for the returns and delivery back.
Products damaged in transit
If any items have been damaged during transit we will cover the cost of any returns and payments pertaining to your order providing you provide sufficient evidence in a timely manner, 7 days from receiving your order, so that we ensure products and orders have not been tampered with.
For sealed collectors, please be aware that some boxes may endure small dings to the exterior of the packaging during transit. If preserving the quality of the packaging of the product is important to you, we advise ordering your product with an acrylic case for additional protection where available.
Can I change my delivery address once paid?
Once you have placed an order placed with us, you will need to contact us directly after purchasing the product. We will then refund you and you can place your purchase again.
Please be aware that if you don’t contact us fast enough (Within the same day of purchase, E.G if you buy on the 5th and cancel on the 5th (If we haven’t shipped out the same day) and your product gets sent out, you will be reliable for the returns and delivery costs back.
Missed a delivery?
There are four options for you to get the item you missed:
Arrange a free redelivery to your house.
Arrange a free redelivery to an alternative local address.
Arrange a free redelivery to a Post Office® and collect it from there.
Want your item as soon as possible? Then pick it up in person from your local delivery office - the address will be on the Something for you card
Insurance
We are able to provide insurance on all orders to the value of the sealed products. Please note that this applied to products that have already been opened prior to shipping.
What happens to the items that aren’t collected?
Should the postie be unable to collect the extra items, you can either book a collection or attempt to hand them over again on another day for which you have a pre-existing collection booking.,
Do you deliver internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
