Below is a breakdown of our plans for the future
We aim to follow this roadmap closely as our project develops, modifying the content where appropriate for the benefit of the project.
Phase one

Combining the right set of skills and knowledge is imperative for working smart. We’re recruiting experts in their field to deliver strong results.

We want each social platform to have a unique purpose in terms of content and how we engage with our audience. Doing this will allow us to pivot around the strength of each platform and spread meaningful content in a way that prioritises audience growth.
Strategy in action:
We’re launching an eCommerce store for ‘Rip & Ship’ TCG pack openings, utilising TikTok for live streaming and shop capabilities. This presents us with an opportunity to engage with customers in the TCG space, whilst simultaneously building brand awareness which we will leverage in the future. -
Our primary objective is to deliver value to our NFT holders, continuously improving our proposition and making our token a more attractive investment. To achieve this we must develop and expand our offering to support our holders as both TCG collectors and Crypto investors, ensuring that we’re simultaneously enhancing the experience of our holders and generating additional cashflow.

Built on Squarespace, our website is a centralised hub for knowledge and services regarding our project and all business offerings. This extension of our branding tells the story of our project, selling merchandise and minting our collection of NFTs.

Having a strong social media presence is critical for Web3 projects to successfully communicate with their audience and stakeholders. Like everyone else in the current century, we’re interested in garnering a significant quantity of followers through providing entertaining and or educational content.

Over the years we’ve operated within the TCG industry we’ve had plenty of success, but we’ve also made plenty of avoidable mistakes. We’re keen on passing the wealth of knowledge we’ve built on to our follower base with the intention to level-up our community and ensure we are collectively wiser in our approach to operating online.
Strategy in action:
Using our platforms we’re creating content in a range of mediums that will allow our audience choice over how they consume the information we’re passing on. Currently, we’re utilising the blogging capability of Medium to produce written content with the intention of converting bites of content into videos for TikTok in the future. -
The visual aesthetic for Crypto Key Collection NFTs leans heavily into pixel art, using a key as the primary device that’s housed by a 64-bit trading card. Throughout this process, the artwork has evolved to incorporate new layers and keep up-to-date with ongoing trends like being optimised for Twitter profile picture hexagons. Additionally, all layers will be prescribed Metadata pertaining to the rarity of each trait.

Those who fail to prepare are preparing to fail. We have identified the risks associated with launching an NFT project and devised creative strategies to mitigate any risks involved.
Strategy in action:
Our primary strategy revolves around what we’re calling an Alphamint, where we’re beginning with a reduced mint to strengthen the earlier stages of our project. Similar to a Fundmint, we’ll be allocating the funds raised to raise awareness of our brand, our mission and the exciting plans we have for the future. -
Establishing partnerships will enable us to build a network of companies and entities that share our goals and visions. The roster of partnerships we form will aim to provide benefits for our community members and NFT holders. Exclusive perks will be layered to further enhance the utility and value of Crypto Key Collection NFT holders.
Phase two
Alphamint

It is inevitable that upon doing your own research, you’re going to encounter questions about our project. It is important to us that we answer all of your questions to the best of our ability, and to that effect, we will be hosting a weekly AMA every XX. We will create a new Reddit post after every AMA for questions and talking points for the following week. Additionally, we will record these live sessions and post our answers on our Youtube channel.

In the run-up to our Alphamint launch, we will need to put ourselves in front of potential customers and community members and sell them on us and our project. There are of course some traditional methods of advertising but these often come across as hollow. Instead, we want to focus our energy and resources on making a meaningful connection with our audience.

Establishing eCommerce within our business will take a considerable amount of resources and time, but will provide us with an ongoing revenue stream going forward that will allow us to serve our community with new releases and popular sealed products.
In addition to this, we will be leveraging streaming platforms to live stream ‘Rip and Ship’ packs and provide our community with flexible alternatives for acquiring new product whilst giving us a platform to engage directly with our community and customers.

We’re going to create a line of official Crypto Key Collection merchandise for our community to sport our brand and support the project's growth. Our intention is to start with a smaller initial pool of products in the Alphamint phase and expand our offering as we progress.

This is an exciting aspect of the project as, being a TCG-related project, have a wider range of potential merchandise and greater opportunity for collaboration.
We promise there will be more than just an overpriced hoodie! -
Our approach to minting our NFT collection is going to be unconventional but has the potential to springboard our progress. By having an initial offering of 500 Tokens, our goal is to make ‘selling out’ far more achievable and mitigate the risks involved regarding supply outweighing demand.
Launching our Alphamint will trigger phase 3, the ‘Incubation phase’. Here we will spend the following 3 months scaling up our operations, moving into a dedicated workspace (if we haven’t already) and producing press releases that promote our project ahead of the main NFT Launch.

Phase four
Main Launch

The funds raised from our NFT Alphamint will enable us to scale up our business operations and improve our stock capabilities. As we’ll have more upfront capital we will also be able to purchase items in greater bulk and reduce our costs, increasing our profit margin.
To celebrate our impending main NFT launch we’ll acquire some vintage big-ticket items for our Rip & Ship streams.

If we haven’t prior to the Incubation phase, we will be looking to acquire an official workspace to move into. This new space will facilitate the upscaling of our operations, housing merchandise, TCG stock and content creation.

Riding the momentum of our successful Alphamint launch, we want to spread the word about our project through specialised blockchain media outlets with the intention of drumming up a greater interest amongst generalised NFT enthusiasts.

Showing up to events is a great opportunity to raise brand awareness and form a personal connection with other participants in our space. As we operate between Trading Card Games and Blockchain, we’re able to cast our net out to a broader audience.

We plan on opening an Ethereum liquidity pool that offers competitive yield rates to investors looking to stake whilst allocating funds to The Community Collection. This concept provides us with a mutually beneficial option for generating recurring revenue via blockchain. Furthermore, by allocating funds from this process into The Community Collection wallet we’re increasing the value associated with our Crypto Key Collection NFTs.
