Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Cancellations

All orders placed through our website are eligible for cancellation providing the cancellation request is placed prior to:

(A) The product has been opened live prior to shipping, or

(B) The product has already been shipped.

If the order does not meet the requirements outlined in (A) or (B), the order will not be eligible for cancellation.

Pre-order Cancellations

For pre-order cancellations, a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund. This cancellation fee is deducted from the total value of your order, not including shipping fees. The remaining 80% + shipping fee will be refunded. In the event that your order is cancelled by Crypto Key Collection due to supply issues or other unforeseen circumstances, this fee will not apply. Cancellations cannot be made 14 days before release day.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at cryptokeycollection@hotmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if met requirements displayed in our policies.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
